On the 5th of May 2022 I attended "Sapphic", an exhibition hosted by Dyke Trash and West Art collective at Antwerp Mansion in Rusholme. The exhibition was a celebration of sapphic creatives, featuring works by sixty queer woman and non-binary artists displayed around the mansion, as well as twelve performers, nine stalls for independent shops, four workshops, and more.
The exhibition was not only a successful, and entertaining display of sapphic creatives, but a much needed one as it created a welcoming space for queer women and non-binary people to celebrate each other.
